Screen Printing is done by forcing platisol inks through mesh screen templates onto the shirt. Because these inks are thicker and can be printed in layers, one over the other, screen printing is the best way to print dark colored shirts using light colored inks. In some cases a white under-base is printed on the shirt prior to adding the other ink colors in turn. Our digital film making and automatic press means that our screen printing is clean and detailed. A large gas fired conveyor drier cures the ink perfectly preventing cracking.
